Each unit comes with a welcome package for our guests to enjoy which includes information about the surrounding restaurants and attractions.
Family Friendly
We are a family oriented property that offers beach toys, boogie boards, board games, puzzles, books and more for the whole family to enjoy.
Security Lock
Units secured using keyless entry which will be uniquely coded for each guests stay.
Laundry Services
Each unit has dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer.
Outdoor Shower
Enjoy an outside shower after a day on the beach to rinse off.
Picnic and Grill
Relax outside on our picnic tables while enjoying a BBQ.
Off-Street Parking
Two dedicated parking spots are available to each unit.
HOUSE RULES
We take pride in our property and expect all guests to follow our house rules.
- Check-in after 3pm EST. Flexible check-in by keyless entry.
- Check-out before 10am EST
- No smoking or vaping of any kind
- No parties
- Please be respectful of neighbors
- Parking is limited to a maximum of two cars
- Dispose of trash in bins upon departure
- Washer and dryer available between 10am and 6pm
- 50% deposit at time of booking / Full non-refundable payment due within 90 days of check-in
